An aromatic and savory recipe of mussels in a tasty sauce of tomatoes and garlic.

Ingredients: Mussels, Tomato Paste, Tomatoes, Butter, Sugar, Garlic, Basil, Parsley.

Tips & Tricks

Before you add mussels to your pan, fry some onions, peppers and chilies, to give extra color and a hot kick!

Just prior to serving the mussels, stir in some bacon pieces for an extra savory flavor.

Add a handful of shrimp and some spicy sausage to “gumbo up” the tomato mussels!

Stir fry some veggies (such as zucchini, peppers,  onions, calabrese etc). When just about finished cooking, add the mussels and heat through as per pack instructions.
